摘　　要：在机械工程领域液压传动有着举足轻重的作用,尤其是实现设备的自动化。本文通过对工程机械中万能外圆磨床工作台往复运动及为满足短小零件快速磨削需要的工作台抖动油路、工作台手动与液动相互切换及互锁油路、砂轮架的快速进给及退出油路、尾架顶尖的夹紧与松开油路、机床各部位润滑及丝杠螺母副间隙的消除油路做详尽分析;并总结万能外圆磨床液压传动系统的结构特点,对于后期万能外圆磨床液压传动系统的升级、改造及创新设计具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。In the field of mechanical engineering,hydraulic transmission plays an important role,especially in realizing the automation of equipment.In this paper,the reciprocating motion of the worktable of the universal cylindrical grinder in construction machinery,the shaking oil circuit of the worktable to meet the needs of rapid grinding of short and small parts,the manual and hydraulic switching and interlocking oil circuit of the worktable,the rapid feed and exit oil circuit of the grinding wheel frame,the clamping and loosening oil circuit of the tailstock center The lubrication of each part of the machine tool and the elimination of the clearance of the lead screw nut pair are analyzed in detail;The structural characteristics of the hydraulic transmission system of universal cylindrical grinder are summarized,which has certain reference value and guiding significance for the upgrading,transformation and innovative design of the hydraulic transmission system of universal cylindrical grinder in the later stage.
