摘　　要：Siemens G150变频器在球磨机系统砂泵电机上的应用,提高了球磨机产物从物料池到旋流器组的稳定性,增加了系统的可调节性,可以根据球磨循环量的变化,适时的调节砂泵电机的频率,减少对泵的磨损,节约能源,提高效率。The application of Siemens G150 frequency converter in the sand pump motor of ball mill system improves the stability of the ball mill products from the material pool to the cyclone group,increases the adjustability of the system,can adjust the frequency of the sand pump motor timely according to the change of the ball grinding cycle,reduce the wear of the pump,save energy and improve efficiency.
