摘　　要：作为我国的国民经济支柱性产业,汽车行业的碳排放具备碳排放总量增长快、机动车尾气污染严重、能源和环保压力剧增三个重要的特征,同时存在汽车碳排放标准政策缺失、机动车碳中和概念模糊、机动车节能减排应用薄弱等诸多问题。本文分析了我国机动车碳排放情况及面临的问题,探讨机动车燃油添加剂对碳排放的产业价值分析,提出机动车节能减排的新建议。As a pillar industry of China's national economy,the carbon emission of the automobile industry has three important characteristics:rapid growth of total carbon emission,serious vehicle exhaust pollution and sharp increase in energy and environmental protection pressure.At the same time,there are many problems,such as lack of automobile carbon emission standard policy,vague concept of vehicle carbon and weak application of vehicle energy conservation and emission reduction.This paper analyzes the situation and problems of motor vehicle carbon emission in China,discusses the industrial value of motor vehicle fuel additives on carbon emission,and puts forward new suggestions on motor vehicle energy conservation and emission reduction.
