摘 要:实验以钾长石、玻璃粉、石英、粘土、氧化钛、石灰石、碳酸钡为原料,制备不需降温保温烧成制度的钛系结晶釉。以单因素实验法研究釉料配方组成对钛系结晶釉晶体的影响,从而找出钛系结晶釉的结晶规律,确定钛系结晶釉的最佳配方。实验结果表明:当配方组成为钾长石29.7wt%、石灰石20.7wt%、玻璃粉27.6wt%、粘土4.1wt%、石英4.1wt%、碳酸钡3.4wt%、氧化钛10.4wt%,在1240℃烧制保温20min,可制备出釉面结晶效果良好的低成本钛系结晶釉。In this paper,a titanium crystalline glaze without temperature cooling and heat preservation was prepared using potassium feldspar,glass powder,quartz,clay,titanium oxide,limestone and barium carbonate as raw materials.The influence of glaze formula composition on the crystalline glaze of titanium system was studied by single factor experiment,so as to find out the crystallization law of the crystalline glaze of titanium system and determine the best formula of the crystalline glaze of titanium system.The experimental results show that:When the formula is composed of potassium feldspar 29.7wt%,limestone 20.7wt%,glass powder 27.6wt%,clay 4.1wt%,quartz 4.1wt%,barium carbonate 3.4wt%and titanium oxide 10.4wt%,the low cost titanium crystalline glaze with good glaze crystallization effect can be prepared by firing at 1240℃and holding for 20min.
