零VOC水性环氧乳液的合成及其漆膜性能研究

摘　　要：通过选用不同种类的活性稀释剂溶解环氧树脂,并采用外乳化工艺制备出零VOC(挥发性有机化合物)、环氧当量约500 g/mol的水性环氧乳液STW 602L。以STW 602L为基料制备双组分水性环氧防锈底漆。探讨了不同种类、不同用量的活性稀释剂对水性环氧乳液稳定性和最终漆膜机械性能、耐水性能和盐雾性能的影响。By using different reactive diluents to dissolve epoxy resin,the waterborne epoxy emulsion STW 602L with zero VOC and epoxy equivalent of 500 g/mol was prepared by external emulsification process.The two-component waterborne epoxy anti-rust primer was prepared by STW 602L.The effects of different kinds of active diluents on the stability and mechanical properties,water resistance and salt spray properties of waterborne epoxy emulsion were discussed.
