摘　　要：结合涂装车间一次轻卡货柜批量电泳缩孔质量事故,介绍了排查原因和问题解决的过程,并提出了一种实用的原因验证思路。Combined with a batch electrophoresis shrinkage quality accident of light truck container in painting workshop,the causes of trouble shooting and the process of solution were introduced,and a practical idea of cause verification was proposed.
