摘  要:针对永磁发电机的三维分析较少的现象,以一台7.8 kVA额定容量的新型永磁无刷副励磁机为研究对象,采用有限元软件maxwell对其分别进行二、三维建模,并对其电磁场、温度场情况分别进行仿真计算。将其所得计算结果进行比较,并与工厂实际试验值进行对比,验证有限元计算的正确性,比较两种模型方式的各自优缺点,为之后的同类电机计算分析提供基础。Aiming at the phenomenon that permanent magnet generators have less three-dimensional analysis,a new permanent magnet brushless auxiliary exciter with a rated capacity of 7.8 kVA was taken as the research object,and the finite element software maxwell was used to carry out two and three-dimensional modeling respectively.The electromagnetic field and temperature field were respectively simulated and calculated.The calculation results obtained were compared and compared with the actual test values of the factory to verify the correctness of the finite element calculation and compare the respective advantages and disadvantages of the two model methods to provide a basis for subsequent calculation and analysis of similar motors.
