摘 要:为了按照选定的谐波次数优化永磁同步电机(PMSM)驱动控制系统的谐波转矩,设计了一种新颖的最少参数谐波磁链估计器(MPHFE)以进行电机谐波磁链的在线估计,从而实现了PMSM转矩脉动优化控制。所提出的MPHFE中无需使用电机电感、电阻和定子电流及导数等参数即可完成谐波磁链的估计,从而无惧参数扰动,具有极强的鲁棒性。MPHFE是通过磁场定向控制器和自适应前馈控制器组合作用将谐波电流强制为零实现的,即可以直接从估计的谐波反电动势中获得谐波磁链,无需其他电机参数参与运算。进一步将估计的磁链与电机谐波转矩综合模型结合使用,以确定消除谐波转矩的注入定子电流值。开展了PMSM不同工况下的测试,实验结果验证了所提出的方法能显著降低PMSM的转矩脉动。order to optimize the harmonic torque of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)drive control system according to the selected harmonic orders,a novel minimal parameter harmonic flux estimator(MPHFE)was designed to estimate the motor harmonic flux online.Thereby,PMSM torque ripples optimization control can be realized.The proposed MPHFE can complete the estimation of the harmonic flux linkage without using parameters such as motor inductance,resistance,stator current and its derivative.,so that it is not afraid of parameter disturbances and has extremely strong robustness.MPHFE is achieved by forcing the harmonic current to zero through the combined action of the field-oriented controller and the adaptive feedforward controller,that is,the harmonic flux linkage can be obtained directly from the estimated harmonic back-EMF,without the need for other motor parameters to participate in the calculation.The estimated flux linkage is further used in combination with the motor harmonic torque synthesis model to determine the injected stator current value to eliminate the harmonic torque.Tests under different working conditions of PMSM were carried out,and the experimental results verified that the proposed method can significantly reduce the torque ripple of PMSM.
