摘　　要：面对多元文化背景下世界范围内相互涤荡的思想文化,深度挖掘儒家优秀文化的教育资源,充分发挥儒家优秀文化的德育功能,使高校德育根植于儒家优秀文化,凸显"文化育人",增强民族自信。利用文献研究和实践调查的方法,找到儒家优秀文化与高校公寓文化建设有效融合的路径,坚持正面引导、加强文化宣传、拓展活动类型、树立模范典型,有效应对西方价值观对我国社会主义核心价值观的冲击和当代大学生道德失范频繁出现的问题,为更好地传承与创新儒家优秀文化提供了一个全新的视角。In the face of the world-wide ideological and cultural interaction under the multicultural background, we should deeply tap the educational resources of the excellent Confucian culture, give full play to the moral education function of the excellent Confucian culture, make the moral education rooted in the excellent Confucian culture, highlight the "cultural education", and enhance national confidence. By using the methods of literature research and practical investigation, we can find the path of effective integration of excellent Confucian culture and college apartment culture construction, adhere to positive guidance, strengthen cultural propaganda, expand the types of activities, establish model models, and effectively deal with the impact of Western values on China’s socialist core values and the frequent problems of contemporary college students’ moral anomie, so as to provide better inheritance. It also provides a new perspective for the innovation of the excellent Confucian culture.
