摘  要:民办高校教师是民办高等教育发展的核心驱动力。本文在论述了民办高校教师权益保障现实困境的基础上,基于罗尔斯教育公平理论提出了"打破教师身份桎梏""提高教师待遇保障""提高教师民主参与能力"等建议,为保障民办高校教师权益、促进民办高等教育稳步健康发展提供智力支持。Private college teachers are the core driving force for the development of private higher education.On the basis of discussing the practical dilemma of protecting teachers’rights and interests in private higher colleges,and based on Rawls’theory of educational equity,this paper puts forward some suggestions such as"breaking the shackles of teachers’identity""improving the protection of teachers’treatment"and"improving teachers’democratic participation ability",so as to provide intellectual support for protecting the rights and interests of teachers and promote the steady and healthy development of private higher education.
