摘　　要：思想政治教育质量提升是落实立德树人的根本任务,也是高校培养人才质量的新使命和新要求。本文阐述新时代在校生思政教育逻辑内涵,分析其现存问题,从全局谋划、把握规律、整体推进、重点突破等方面提升思政教育质量的实效性,为黔东高校思政教育质量提升提供参考借鉴价值。Improving the quality of ideological and political education is the fundamental task of carrying out moral cultivation.It is also a new mission and requirement for universities to train qualified personnel.This paper expounds the logical connotation of ideological and political education for college students in the new era,analyzes its existing problems to improve the effectiveness of the quality of ideological and political education from overall planning act.It provides reference value for improving the quality of ideological and political education in universities in eastern Guizhou.
