摘 要:目的通过Meta分析探讨中国原发性骨质疏松症的危险因素,为预防及延缓骨质疏松症提供理论依据。方法通过计算机与手工检索结合的方法,检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wang Fang Data)、维普(VIP)、PubMed、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library数据库自建库以来有关骨质疏松症及其危险因素相关的病例对照研究,根据纳入、排除标准对纳入的文献进行数据提取并应用RevMan 5.4分析软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入14篇临床研究,共提取13个相关影响因素,Meta分析结果显示除体质量指数(body mass index, BMI)、饮茶两种危险因素的结果不具有统计学意义之外(P>0.05),年龄、运动、服用钙剂、摄入乳制品、孕产次、哺乳时长等11种影响因素均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动、服用钙剂、摄入乳制品是原发性骨质疏松症的保护因素,而年龄、吸烟、摄入谷氨酸钠、绝经年限、哺乳时长、孕产次、收缩压、空腹血糖则是危险因素,BMI和饮茶对原发性骨质疏松症的影响尚需进一步研究。Objective To explore the risk factors of primary osteoporosis in China through Meta-analysis, and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and delay of osteoporosis. Methods We searched CNKI, Wang Fang data, VIP, PubMed, web of science and the Cochrane Library for case control studies on osteoporosis and its risk factors since the database was established. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the data were extracted. Revman 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis. Results A total of 14 clinical studies were included, and 13 related factors were extracted. Meta analysis showed that the result of BMI and tea drinking were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Age, exercise, calcium intake, dairy products intake, times of pregnancy and childbirth, lactation duration and other influencing factors were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Exercise, taking calcium and dairy products were the protective factors of primary osteoporosis, while age, smoking, sodium glutamate intake, menopausal years, lactation time, times of pregnancy and labor, systolic blood pressure and fasting blood glucose were the risk factors. The effect of BMI and tea on primary osteoporosis needs further study.
