摘　　要：间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一种具有自我更新及多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,具有免疫调节、调控细胞生长和修复损伤等功能。T淋巴细胞是免疫细胞中功能最复杂的一类细胞,其主要功能是介导细胞免疫。MSCs的免疫抑制作用主要体现在对T淋巴细胞的抑制作用上。目前在MSCs对T淋巴细胞的免疫调节的机制方面虽然有一定的认识,但仍不明确。本文就MSCs对T淋巴细胞的免疫调节机制的研究进展进行综述。Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)are adult stem cells with potential for self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation.They have functions of immune regulation,cell growth regulation and repair of damage.T lymphocytes are the most complex type of cells among immune cells,and their main function is to mediate cellular immunity.The immunosuppressive effect of MSCs is mainly reflected in the suppression of T lymphocytes.At present,although there is a certain understanding of the mechanism of the immune regulation of MSCs on T lymphocytes,it is still not very clear.This article reviews the research progress of MSCs on the immunomodulatory mechanism of T lymphocytes.
