摘　　要：免疫系统是人体内的一把双刃剑,既能抵御病原体的攻击使机体保持健康,也能因为过强或过弱导致各种自身免疫性疾病和感染。作为免疫系统中一个重要的成员,多聚免疫球蛋白受体(pIgR)在人体内也发挥着多种功能,一方面,它广泛分布于黏膜,是黏膜免疫最重要的一道防线,在抗感染和抗肿瘤中有重要的作用;另一方面,机体也因为pIgR的过多表达促进慢性阻塞性肺疾病、动脉粥样硬化等慢性疾病。历年来,有众多科研学者致力于对pIgR的研究,本文将汇总既往研究,主要从pIgR的基本结构、调节机制、与多种疾病的联系,以及对未来的展望四方面着手,了解pIgR在人体发挥的作用,更好地利用pIgR,为患者争取到更多的临床获益。The immune system is a double-edged sword of the human body.It can resist the attack of pathogens and keep the body healthy,but it can also cause various kinds of autoimmune diseases and infections when it is out of balance.As a member of the immune system,polyimmunoglobulin receptor(pIgR)plays varieties of functions in the human body.On the one hand,it is widely distributed in mucous membrane and remains the foremost barrier of mucosal immunity,resisting infection and tumor.On the other hand,the excessive expression of pIgR promotes chronic diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and atherosclerosis.Over the years,there are many research scholars devoted to the study of pIgR,we summarized previous researches about pIgR including structure,regulating mechanism,contacting with a variety of diseases and outlook in the future,which can support us to understand and use pIgR better,as well as acquire more clinical benefit to patients.
