摘　　要：抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体相关血管炎(AAV)是一类自身免疫性疾病,可累及全身血管尤其是肾脏及肺脏的小血管。AAV的治疗主要包括诱导缓解治疗、维持缓解治疗,其中诱导缓解治疗是治疗的关键一步。近几年很多研究关注于AAV的靶向治疗,这为血管炎的治疗开启了新的未来。本文将介绍近几年有关AAV治疗的研究进展。Anti-neutrophilic cytoplasmic antibodies associated vasculitis(AAV)is an autoimmune disease that affects systemic blood vessels,especially small blood vessels of kidney and lung.The treatment of AAV mainly includes induction remission treatment and remission maintenance treatment,among which induction remission treatment is the key step of treatment.In recent years,many studies have focused on the targeted therapy of AAV,which opens a new future for the treatment of vasculitis.This article will introduce the research progress on the treatment of AAV.
