摘 要:为了解决坚硬顶板条件下巷道掘进效率低的问题,以济宁三号煤矿183_(下)05工作面回采巷道为研究对象,理论分析了该地质条件下的极限平衡拱矢高的范围,借助FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件,研究了不同支护参数下巷道围岩应力分布特征、围岩位移特征、塑性区分布规律,并根据数值模拟结果和现场实践,优化了巷道支护参数,在保障巷道围岩安全的前提下提高了巷道掘进速度。In order to solve the problem of low roadway excavation efficiency under hard roof conditions,the mining roadway at 183_(l)ower 05 face in Jining No.3 Coal Mine was taken as the research object,and the limit equilibrium arch vector height range under this geological condition was theoretically analyzed.With the help of FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation software,studied the stress distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway under different support parameters,the characteristics of the surrounding rock displacement,and the distribution law of the plastic zone.Based on the numerical simulation results and field practice,the roadway support parameters were optimized to protect the surrounding rock of the roadway.Under the premise of safety,the speed of roadway excavation was improved.
