经颅多普勒超声检测阿尔茨海默病患者颅内动脉、椎-基底动脉血流情况的临床意义分析

摘  要:目的分析经颅多普勒超声检测阿尔茨海默病患者颅内动脉、椎-基底动脉血流量。方法选择100例阿尔茨海默病患者为病例组及100例健康体检者为健康组。比较两组颅内动脉与椎-基底动脉血流情况。结果病例组ADL、MMSE评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。病例组LMCA、LICA、LACA、RMCA、RICA、RACA及LPCA、LVA、RPCA、RVA、BA的PI高于对照组,MFV低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿尔茨海默病认知功能受损,且颅内动脉、椎-基底动脉血流下降,可判断病情变化。Objective To analyze the blood flow of intracranial arteries and vertebrobasilar arteries in patients with Alzheimer’s disease by transcranial Doppler ultrasound.Methods 100 patients with Alzheimer's disease as the case group and 100 healthy subjects as the healthy group were retrospectively selected.The general information and blood flow of the intracranial artery and vertebral-basal artery were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of ADL and MMSE of the case group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The PI of LMCA,LICA,LACA,RMCA,RICA,RACA,LPCA,LVA,RPCA,RVA,BA of the case group was higher than the control group,and the MFV was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Alzheimer’s disease has impaired cognitive function and decreased blood flow in the intracranial arteries and vertebral-basal arteries,which can be used to judge the changes in the condition.
