摘  要:急性胰腺炎(AP)是一种全身炎症性疾病,其中胰腺腺泡的损伤对AP的发展及预后起重要作用。mTOR/Akt信号通路可通过增加细胞自噬、降低细胞凋亡,加重胰腺损伤。该文章查阅近年来国内外研究资料,综述mTOR/Akt信号通路在急性胰腺炎炎症反应中作用机制。Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a systemic inflammatory disease,and the injury of pancreatic acini plays an important role in the development and prognosis of AP.The mTOR/Akt signaling pathway can increase autophagy,reduce apoptosis,and aggravate pancreatic injury.In this paper,the mechanism of mTOR/Akt signaling pathway in acute pancreatitis inflammatory response was reviewed by referring to domestic and foreign research data in recent years.
