摘　　要：以国家职业技能等级认定培训教材《焊接设备操作工》为对象,阐述了该教材的编写思路,分析了教材的特点,并对其使用提出了初浅的建议。新编的《焊接设备操作工》教材以《焊工国家职业技能标准》(2018年版)为依据,以职业等级制划分为基础,以职业活动为导向,以职业技能为核心,体现了培训规律和人的认知规律。该教材全面覆盖各等级技能要求和相关知识要求,具有标准化、规范化、严谨性、系统性、通用性和实用性的特点。建议使用该教材时,围绕教材,弹性把握教学内容,灵活运用教学方法,尽可能做到理论与实践相融合,提高技能人才培养的实效性。同时,建议在教材使用中,回归教育本质,重视培养专业素养,使教材成为培养德才兼备的焊接技能人才的有力工具。Taking training textbook"Welding Equipment Operator"that recognized by national vocational skill identification system as the object,the compiling ideas of this textbook is expound,its characteristics are analyzed,and some use suggestion are puts forward.Based on the"National Professional Skill Standard for Welders"(2018 Edition)and the classification of professional levels,the"Welding Equipment Operator"is guided by professional activities and centered on professional skills,which reflects the laws of training and people’s cognition.This book covers all levels of skill requirements and related knowledge requirements,with the characteristics of standardization,standardization,preciseness,systematicness,universality and practicability.It is suggested that when using this book,the teaching content should be grasped flexibly,and the teaching methods should be used flexibly to integrate theory and practice as much as possible,so as to improve the effectiveness of skilled personnel training.At the same time,it is suggested to return to the essence of education and pay attention to the cultivation of professional quality in the use of the book,so as to make it become a powerful tool for the growth and success of welding skilled talents with both political integrity and ability.
