摘  要:为解决传统贴式面膜亲肤柔软性差、贴敷效果不佳、活性营养物质易氧化及精华液浪费的问题,采用静电纺丝技术将聚乙烯醇(PVA)、蚕丝肽和透明质酸制备成水溶性保湿微纳米纤维面膜,探究纺丝工艺参数对其微观形貌的影响。对最优工艺制备的微纳米纤维面膜进行水溶性和接触角测试,并选用3种不同的海藻酸盐纤维面膜基布作为接收基材,制备复合微纳米纤维面膜,测试其保湿功效。结果表明:当PVA质量分数为12%,溶液中PVA、蚕丝肽、透明质酸质量比为6∶1∶1,纺丝电压20 kV,给液速率0.4 mL/h,接收距离18 cm,辊筒转速300 r/min时,可获得表面光滑无串珠、直径均匀的微纳米纤维面膜。其亲水性良好,可在12 s时完全溶解于水中,结合改性海藻纤维面膜基布的复合面膜具有突出的补水保湿功效,贴敷15 min后,皮肤水分含量可提高至60%左右。In order to solve the problems of poor skin-friendly softness,poor application effect,easy oxidation of active nutrients and waste of essence of traditional paste mask,a water-soluble moisturizing micro-nano fiber mask was prepared from polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),silk peptide and hyaluronic acid by electrostatic spinning,and the effect of spinning parameters on the microstructure were investigated.The water solubility and contact angle of micro-nano fiber mask that made under the optimal technological parameters were tested,and three different alginate fiber mask substrates were selected as receiving substrates to prepare composite micro-nano fiber mask and test its moisturizing effect.The results show that when the mass fraction of PVA is 12%,the mass ratio of PVA,silk peptide and hyaluronic acid in the solution is 6∶1∶1,the spinning voltage is 20 kV,the feeding rate is 0.4 mL/h,the receiving distance is 18 cm,and the roller speed is 300 r/min,the micro-nano fiber mask with smooth surface and uniform diameter can be obtained.With good hydrophilicity,the mask can be dissolved in water completely at 12 s;the compound mask based on modified seaweed fiber mask has outstanding hydrating and moisturizing effect,the skin moisture content can be increased to about 60%within 15min of sticking.
