摘　　要：基于性别视角,采用2017年社会心态调查数据,考察关系流动性对个体婚姻满意度的影响,以及人力资本在其中所起的调节作用。研究发现,对于男性和女性而言,个体所感知到的关系流动性越高,婚姻的满意程度也越高;仅在女性样本中发现,关系流动性对婚姻满意度的影响受人力资本的调节,表现为女性的学历和收入越高,关系流动性对其婚姻满意度的提升作用越明显。Based on the gender perspective,this study uses the data of the 2017 Social Mentality Survey to examine the effect of relational mobility on individual marital satisfaction and how human capital moderates the relation.The study found that for both men and women,the higher degree of relational mobility,the higher satisfaction of marriage.However,only in the female sample found that the impact of relational mobility on marital satisfaction was moderated by human capital.Specifically,the higher educational and income level of women,the stronger positive impact of relational mobility on their marital satisfaction.
