自拟益气强心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探索自拟益气强心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果和对患者心功能的影响。方法:选择广东省第二中医院2018年1月至2020年12月期间收治的100例慢性心力衰竭患者,以简单随机化法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组选择常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组的基础上给予自拟益气强心汤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后临床症状评分、治疗前后心功能参数。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的各项临床症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的各项临床症状评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的每搏输出量(SV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的SV、LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭用自拟益气强心汤治疗能改善心功能,改善临床症状评分、改善心功能参数。Objective To explore the effect of self-proposed Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction on chronic heart failure and evaluate its impact on cardiac function.Methods 100 patients with chronic heart failure treated in Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with self-made Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,clinical symptom scores before and after treatment and cardiac function parameters before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores of clinical symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in stroke volume(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the SV and LVEF of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the LVEDD was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the treatment of chronic heart failure with self-made Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction can improve cardiac function,improve clinical symptom score and cardiac function parameters.
