血府逐瘀汤联合西药对冠心病心绞痛的治疗价值

摘　　要：目的:评析冠心病心绞痛患者应用血府逐瘀汤加减联合西药治疗的应用价值。方法:选择佳木斯市中心医院2019年3月至2020年3月期间收治的98例冠心病心绞痛患者,以奇偶法分为对照组(西药治疗)和观察组(血府逐瘀汤加西药治疗),各49例。将两组冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果:观察组患者的不良反应发生率小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的心绞痛发作次数和心绞痛发作时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的心绞痛发作次数和心绞痛持续时间均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL–C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL–C)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的TC、TG、LDL–C低于对照组、HDL–C高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病心绞痛患者应用血府逐瘀汤加减联合西药治疗效果确切。Objective To evaluate the application value of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with western medicine for patients with coronary heart angina.Methods 98 patients with coronin heart callocompatants from March 2019 to March 2019,divided into control group(Western medicine treatment)and observation group(Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction treatment),49 cases in each group.The treatment effect of two groups patients with coronary heart disease angina were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the number of angina pectoris and the duration of angina pectoris between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the number of angina pectoris and the duration of angina pectoris in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)of the two groups of patients were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and HDL-C was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris is excellent.
