利多卡因局部麻醉在经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:针对临床需实施直肠前列腺穿刺活检术患者,探究给予利多卡因局部麻醉的价值。方法:选取2018年4月至2020年4月到惠东县人民医院实施直肠前列腺穿刺活检术患者33例,采用随机数表法将其均分为以下三组,分别为A组(2%利多卡因)、B组(0.9%氯化钠注射液)和C组(空白组),每组11例。比较三组疼痛情况以及并发症发生情况。结果:B组患者无痛感率显著高于C组,A组患者无痛感率显著高于B组和C组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者并发症发生率显著低于C组,A组患者并发症发生率显著低于B组和C组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对临床需实施直肠前列腺穿刺活检术患者,实施利多卡因局部麻醉不仅安全性高,且镇痛效果显著,并发症少。Objective To explore the value of local anesthesia with lidocaine for patients who need rectal prostate biopsy in clinic.Methods From April 2018 to April 2020,33 patients who underwent rectal prostate biopsy in Huidong County People's Hospital were randomly divided into three groups:Group A(2%lidocaine),Group B(0.9%sodium chloride injection)and Group C(blank group),with 11 patients in each group.The pain and complications of the three groups were compared.Results The painless rate of patients in group B was significantly higher than that in group C,and the painless rat of patients in group A was significantly higher than that in groups B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group B was significantly lower than that in group C,and the incidence of complications in group A was significantly lower than that in group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Local anesthesia with lidocaine is not only safe,but also effective in relieving pain with few complications.
