摘 要:教学查房是住培医生规范化培训阶段中获取临床实践能力及知识的重要环节。本研究以耳鼻咽喉科亚专科耳科教学查房为例,采用“逐级评价”教学法,让3个年级住培医生成为教学查房的主体进行逐级评价,同时充当“教”与“学”的角色,充分发挥住培医生的学习主动性及自省自强能力。教学查房后住培医生的理论成绩优于查房前,且出科实践考核成绩良好。同时,此种教学查房方式获得了住培医生的肯定。教学查房后进行教师教学反思,不断提高教学查房质量,从因材施教、以人为本出发,达到良好的教学效果。Teaching ward round is an important link in the standardized training of resident doctors to acquire clinical practice ability and knowledge.This study takes the teaching ward round of otorhinolaryngology sub-specialty as an example.The teaching method of“evaluation among different grades”is adopted.The resident doctors of the three grades will be the main body of the teaching ward round acting a role of both“teaching”and“learning”,so as to give full play to the learning initiative and self-improvement ability.After the teaching rounds,the academic performance of the resident doctors is better than that before the ward round,and the performance of the practice examination is good.At the same time,this kind of teaching ward round has been affirmed by the resident doctors.Teaching ward round should reflect on teachers’teaching for improving the quality of clinical teaching ward round.Teaching ward round can achieve good teaching effect by teaching students according to their aptitude.
