摘　　要：生育是自然赋予人类的行为,是人类繁衍生存的基本需要。在现代社会,生育又拥有了社会价值,是人基本权利,属于基本人权的一个内容。但是伴随社会的发展,社会的多元化不断丰富,公民的生育权在法律上没有得到有效保障,单身女的生育权更是如此。为保障单身女性的生育权,突破传统思想的束缚,应从宪法层面出发,采取积极的措施,实现对单身女性生育权的切实保障。Procreation is the behavior endowed by nature and the basic need of human reproduction and survival.In modern society,childbearing has social value,which is a basic human right and a part of basic human rights.However,with the development of society,the diversity of society is constantly enriched,and the reproductive rights of citizens have not been effectively guaranteed in law,especially for single women.In order to protect the reproductive rights of single women and break through the shackles of traditional ideas,we should start from the constitutional level and take positive measures to ensure the reproductive rights of single women.
