关中平原城市群城际铁路网络的生态经济效率研究

摘　　要：城际铁路是推动城市群发展的重要支撑,近年城际铁路的迅速发展对城市群的经济和环境都产生了一定的影响,基于绿色发展的理念,以关中平原城市群为主要的研究对象,研究的时间跨度为2008-2018年,运用社会网络分析和空间杜宾模型来检验城际铁路对城市群生态经济效率的影响。研究发现:城际铁路网络中心度的优化对关中平原城市群的生态经济效率有较为显著正向影响,但由于各城市经济发展水平不一致从而表现出差异性,具体表现为在一些经济发展水平较好的城市,城际铁路网络的中心度的优化对生态经济效率具有显著正向作用,且空间溢出效应更为明显;而在经济发展水平较弱的城市却不显著。故而关中平原城市群的内部城际铁路交通网络仍需进一步完善,形成以西安城市群为主要核心的城市群内部的城际铁路交通网络,促进整体生态经济效率的提升。Intercity railway is an important support to promote the development of urban agglomerations.The rapid development of intercity railway in recent years has a certain impact on the economy and environmental production of urban agglomerations.Based on the concept of green development,this paper takes the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration as the main research object,and the time span of the research is from 2008 to 2018.Social network analysis and spatial Dupin model were used to examine the impact of intercity railway on the ecological efficiency of urban agglomeration.Study found:the inter-city rail network center of ascension have significant positive effect on urban agglomerations overall ecological efficiency,but is on a business trip with the city's economic development heterogeneous heterosexual,embodied in some economically developed cities,the center of the intercity rail network of significant positive effect on the efficiency of optimization on the ecological and spatial spillover effect is more obvious;However,it is not significant in less developed cities.Therefore,the intercity railway network of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration needs to be further improved to form the intercity transportation network within the urban agglomeration with Xi'an as the core and promote the improvement of the overall ecological efficiency.
