摘　　要：转化医学理论的提出已有50年,但多为理论探讨,研究实践较少。本文总结了一些将临床需求、患者需要、临床发现等转化成开发研究的探索实例,并提出以临床治疗需求为导向,以患者为中心,才能研究出临床急需、真正满足患者需求的创新产品。The theory of translational medicine has been put forward for 50 years,but most of them are theoretical discussions,and there is little research and practice.This article explores the transformation of clinical needs,patient needs,and clinical findings into development and research.It is also proposed that only put forward to take the clinical treatment demand as the guidance and take the patient as the center,we can develop innovative products that are urgently needed in clinic and truly meet the needs of patients.
