摘　　要：目的建立沙格雷酯片合理使用评价标准,分析其临床使用合理性,提出改进措施。方法以沙格雷酯片药品说明书为基础,参考《马丁代尔药物大典(原著第37版)》及国内外相关指南及共识,建立沙格雷酯片合理使用评价标准。采用回顾性分析方法,对某院2019年1月1日至2020年12月31日沙格雷酯片门诊处方进行合理使用的统计及调查分析。结果共纳入93张沙格雷酯片门诊处方,用药合理率为28.0%,不合理用药主要为无适应证用药(65.6%)、用法用量不适宜(6.5%)、存在潜在药物相互作用(11.8%)。结论沙格雷酯片使用合理率低,应制订相应的干预措施,促进合理使用,保证用药安全。Objective To establish the evaluation criteria for rational use of sarpogrelate tablets and to make the improvement measures.Methods Evaluation criteria were established with reference to drug instruction,domestic and foreign guidelines,and “Martindale:The Complete Drug Reference (Version No.37)”.The outpatient prescriptions of sarpogrelate tablets from Januray 1st,2019 to December 31st,2020 were analyzed retrospecively for rationality according to the evaluation criteria of a hospital.Results Totally 93 outpatient prescriptions of sargrelide tablets were included.The rationality rate was 28.0%.Irrational medications mainly included medications without indications (65.6%),inappropriate usage and dosage (6.5%),and potential drug interaction (11.8%).Conclusion The rationality rate of sagrelate is low.Intervention measures should be established to ensure the safe use of sagrelate tablets.
