摘　　要：中医药是我国独特的卫生资源、潜力巨大的经济资源。尤其是中药鲜药资源,分布广泛,随手可及,其使用在《神农本草经》、《肘后备急方》、《伤寒杂病论》等经典医籍中早有著录。现代实验的研究也表明中药鲜药在清热解毒、治疗痈疽、滋阴润燥等方面的功效非干品饮片所能及。该文立足于湖南省总量丰富的临床常用中药鲜药资源品种,主要从古代文献典籍和近现代名家医案两个维度梳理总结中药鲜药应用经验,为湖南省常见病的鲜药用药提供更多参考。China’s huge economic resources of traditional Chinese medicine is a unique potential.In particular,the fresh herbal medicine resources of traditional Chinese medicine are widely distributed and accessible.They have been recorded in the classic medical literature such as Shennong herbal classic,elbow reserve emergency prescription,treatise on Febrile Diseases and other classic medical literature.Modern experimental research also shows that the efficacy of fresh Chinese herbal medicine in clearing away heat and detoxification,treating carbuncle and gangrene,nourishing yin and moistening dryness is beyond the capability of dried pieces.Based on the abundant clinical fresh medicine resources in Hunan Province,this paper summarizes the experience of fresh herbal medicine application of traditional Chinese herbal medicine from two dimensions of ancient literature and modern famous medical records,so as to provide more reference for the fresh herbal medicine use of common diseases in Hunan Province.
