退高黄汤联合肝病治疗仪治疗慢性乙型肝炎血瘀热蕴证疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分析退高黄汤联合肝病治疗仪治疗慢性乙型肝炎血瘀热蕴证的临床疗效。方法:选择符合诊断标准的慢性乙型肝炎合并中重度黄疸患者共120例,随机分为对照组72例,采用常规综合治疗,实验组48例,在综合治疗的基础上加用肝病治疗仪和中药退高黄汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的相关指标变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗前后总胆红素、CD4/CD8、前白蛋白、肝脏硬度LSM值、门静脉右支主干峰值流速度的改变均优于对照组,临床有效率高于对照组,且发生肝衰竭的比例更小。结论:退高黄汤联合肝病治疗仪可以有效退黄,调节细胞免疫,抑制肝脏炎症的发展,改善肝脏循环,抑制肝脏纤维化,减少肝衰竭可能。Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Tuigaohuang decoction combined with liver disease treatment instrument in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with blood stasis and heat accumulation.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic hepatitis B combined with moderate to severe jaundice who met the diagnostic criteria were selected and randomly divided into 72 cases in the control group,using conventional comprehensive treatment,and 48 cases in the experimental group.On the basis of the comprehensive treatment,the liver disease treatment instrument and In the treatment of Chinese medicine Tuigaohuang decoction,the changes in related indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:The changes of total bilirubin,CD4/CD8,prealbumin,liver stiffness,LSM value,and peak flow velocity of the right main branch of the portal vein before and after treatment in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the clinical effective rate was higher than that in the control group.The proportion of failure is even smaller.Conclusion:Tuigaohuang decoction combined with liver disease treatment instrument can effectively reduce jaundice,regulate cellular immunity,inhibit the development of liver inflammation,improve liver circulation,inhibit liver fibrosis,and reduce the possibility of liver failure.
