颈椎活血胶囊治疗颈型眩晕的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究颈椎活血胶囊治疗颈型眩晕的临床疗效。方法:根据随机化原则,选择60例颈性眩晕患者,再分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组采用颈椎活血胶囊治疗,对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。两组各一个疗程(30d)后,分别使用颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV),视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分量表进行效果评价,统计两组有效率,观察不良反应。结果:统计临床使用相关数据,再经计算分析发现,观察组有效率为"96.67%",对照组总有效率为"76.67%";观察组对比对照组VAS,ESCV评分改善更显著(P<0.05);前者不良反应发生率相对较低(P<0.05)。结论:颈椎活血胶囊用于颈型眩晕治疗效果较佳,在临床诊治中推荐使用。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of cervical vertigo in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods:According to the principle of randomization,60 patients with cervical vertigo were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases each.The observation group was treated with cervical huoxue capsules,and the control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.After a course of treatment (30 days) in each of the two groups,the cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale (ESCV) and the visual analogue scale (VAS) pain score scale were used to evaluate the effect.The effective rates of the two groups were counted and the adverse reactions were observed.Result:Statistics related to clinical use data,and then calculated and analyzed,it was found that the effective rate of the observation group was “96.67%”,and the total effective rate of the control group was “76.67%”.Compared with the control group,the VAS score of the observation group improved more significantly (P<0.05);the former has a relatively low incidence of adverse reactions (P<0.05).Conclusion:Cervical Huoxue Capsule is effective in the treatment of cervical vertigo,and it is recommended for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
