摘　　要：超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱(UPLC-QQQ-MS/MS)以其高分离能力、高灵敏性和强大的专属性的突出优势,也已成为中药复杂组成分分析的重要手段。该文综述了近年来UPLC-QQQ-MS/MS技术在中药成分分析、质量控制及药代动力学中的应用进展,对应用中存在的问题进行分析,展望该技术在中药分析领域的应用前景。Ultra-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-QQQ-MS/MS) has become an important part of the analysis of complex components of traditional Chinese medicine due to its outstanding advantages of high separation ability,high sensitivity and strong specificity.means.This article reviews the application progress of UPLC-QQQ-MS/MS technology in the component analysis,quality control and pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,analyzes the problems existing in the application,and looks forward to the application prospects of this technology in the field of traditional Chinese medicine analysis.
