摘 要:为揭示樟子松抗盐碱生理机制,以3年生樟子松实生苗为试材,研究不同盐碱胁迫下樟子松苗木活性氧代谢生理变化。结果表明:樟子松叶片内H_(2)O_(2)含量随着盐碱胁迫程度加重而升高,14 d后盐碱胁迫处理均显著高于对照;轻度和中度胁迫处理14 d后降低了GSH含量,中度和重度处理21 d后显著提高了GSH含量;中度和重度盐碱胁迫处理14 d后显著提高了樟子松ASA含量,轻度胁迫14 d内对ASA含量影响不显著;轻度盐碱胁迫在处理后7~14 d提高了GR活性,中度和重度胁迫处理21 d后显著降低了GR活性;重度盐碱胁迫会显著提高樟子松SOD活性,轻度和中度胁迫处理14 d后也会显著提高SOD活性。综合分析来看,GSH、ASA、GR、SOD活性变化可以作为判断樟子松抗逆性的指标。In order to reveal the physiological mechanism of saline-alkali resistance in Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica,3-year-old P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings were selected,and the physiological changes of active oxygen metabolism under different saline-alkali stress were studied.The results showed that H_(2)O_(2) content in P.sylvestris var.mongolica leaves increased with the aggravation of saline-alkali stress,and all saline-alkali stress treatments were significantly higher than the control after 14 days.The content of GSH(glutathione)of mild and moderate saline-alkali stress treatments were both decreased after 14 d,and that of moderate and severe saline-alkali stress treatments were significantly increased after 21 d.The content of ASA(ascorbic acid)for moderate and severe saline-alkali stress treatments significantly increased after 14 d,however,there was no significant impact on the ASA content for mild saline-alkali stress treatment within 14 d.The GR(glutathione reductase)activity for mild saline-alkali stress treatments increasedfrom 7 to 14 d,while that for moderate and severe saline-alkali stress were significantly decreased after 21 dtreatment.Severe saline-alkali stress significantly increased SOD(Superoxide dismutase)activity of P.sylvestris var.mongolica,and mild and moderate saline-alkali stress significantly increased the SOD activity after 14 d as well.From a comprehensive analysis,the changes of GSH,ASA,GR and SOD activities can be used as indicators to diagnose the stress resistance of P.sylvestris var.mongolica.
