摘　　要：民法典的时代价值包含三个维度,即民法典的创新发展维度、法的价值与功能维度、时代特色维度。我国民法典作为面向21世纪的民法典,在价值理念上完成了从以物为本到以人为本的质变,具备了现代民法典的特征。主要体现为以人为本的人民性、与时俱进的时代性、立足国情的民族性、求真严谨的科学性。我国民法典的创新与发展体现为成文法渊源形式的提升,人格权独立成编和债法解构。我国民法典内在的民法价值关怀与社会主义核心价值观高度一致。就外在价值而言,我国民法典满足了社会主义法治建设和社会主义市场经济发展的需要,回应了社会生产方式和生活方式变革的需求,为实现社会治理现代化提供了保障。其在世界范围内开创了七编制体例的先河,是一部具有时代性、典范性的民法典。The contemporary value of the civil code contains the innovative development dimension of the civil code,the value and function dimension of the law,and the characteristic dimension of the times.China’s civil code for the 21 st century has completed the qualitative change from material-oriented to human-oriented in terms of value concept and has the characteristics of modern civil code.The main features are people-oriented,up-to-date,nationalistic,and scientific.The innovation and development of the civil code are reflected in the upgrading of the source form of statutory law,the independent codification of personality rights,and the deconstruction of debt law.The intrinsic civil law values of the civil code are highly consistent with the core socialist values.In terms of external values,the civil code meets the needs of socialist rule of law construction and socialist market economy development,responds to the needs of social production and lifestyle changes,and provides a guarantee for the realization of social governance modernization.It has created a precedent of seven-volume styles in the world.It is a civil code of the times and exemplary.
