摘　　要：在装配式住宅中采用混合配筋预应力预制构件,必须研发出能够采用快捷的机械接头连接装置和加强抱箍连接装置,实现预制构件之间安全、可靠、环保、高效的快捷组装,达到装配式住宅预制构件装配施工时的混凝土零湿作业、高装配率。In prefabricated houses,prestressed prefabricated components with mixed reinforcement are used,it is necessary to develop a fast mechanical joint connection device and strengthened hoop connection device,so as to realize the safe,reliable,environmental and high-efficiency fast assembledof prefabricated components,and achieve the zero humidity operation and high assembly rate of concrete during the assembly and construction of prefabricated components in prefabricated houses.
