摘　　要：目前精装修住宅在市场上有着良好前景,大多数房地产商对其加大了投资,但住宅方面也存在许多问题,因此,对精装修住宅施工关键技术的研究与应用进行了分析。At present,a good prospect of hardbound residential building appears in the market,most of the property companies have increased their investment,but there are also many problems of the residential building,so the paper analyzes the research and application of the key construction technology of hardbound residential building.
