摘  要:以笔者所在实验室实现部分硝化的生活污水为原水,并作为厌氧序批式反应器(ASBR)进水,在温度为(24±0.5)℃、pH值为8.0~8.2时,通过添加定量的NaNO_(2)或CH_(3)COONa,分别考察基质比(NO^(-)_(2)-N/NH^(+)_(4)-N)、水力停留时间(HRT)和C/N比(COD/NH^(+)_(4)-N)对厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)耦合反硝化脱氮除碳的影响,并采用响应面法探究三者的交互作用。结果表明,当基质比为1.4~1.6、HRT为33 h、C/N比为3~5时,系统Anammox的耦合反硝化脱氮除碳效果最佳;方差分析结果显示各因素对总氮去除率(TNR)的影响程度为:C/N比>HRT>基质比;最佳匹配方案:C/N比为4.28,HRT为33.48 h,基质比为1.46,平行试验验证得到的平均TNR为90.12%。The partial nitrificated domestic sewage treated in the autors'laboratory was added into the anaerobic ammoxation ASBR reactor as raw wastewater,and NaNO_(2) or CH_(3)COONa was added quantitatively when the temperature was(24±0.5)℃and pH was 8.0~8.2.The effects of NO^(-)_(2)-N/NH^(+)_(4)-N ratio,hydraulic retention time(HRT)and C/N ratio(COD/NH^(+)_(4)-N)on anammox coupled denitrification and decarbonization were investigated respectively.The interaction among the three factors was explored by response surface analysis method.The results show that,when the NO^(-)_(2)-N/NH^(+)_(4)-N ratio was 1.4~1.6,HRT was 33 h,and C/N ratio was 3~5,the system's anammox coupled denitrification and carbon removal efficiency were the highest.Analysis of variance(ANOVA)results show that the degree of influence of each factor on the total nitrogen removal rate(TNR)was:C/N ratio>HRT>NO^(-)_(2)-N/NH^(+)_(4)-N ratio.The optimal matching scheme is C/N ratio:4.28,HRT:33.48 h,and NO^(-)_(2)-N/NH^(+)_(4)-N ratio:1.46,and the average TNR verified by parallel experiments was 90.12%.
