摘 要:通过实验测试和数值模拟,研究采用正温度系数热敏电阻(PTC)材料加热动力电池模组时,箱体材料及隔热棉对电芯升温速率和均温性的影响。在环境温度、加热功率相同时,对于同一电芯,加热升温速率底部最大,极耳最小,自下而上递减;塑料箱体的温升梯度与泡沫箱体类似,但模组温升高3.00~4.00℃、升温速率低2.00~3.00℃/h;加隔热棉之后,模组内部温升下降1.00~2.00℃,但升温速率上升1.00℃/h。这说明在塑料箱体内部加隔热棉,能达到与电池包箱体内部相同的导热环境。During the heating process of the power battery module by using positive temperature coefficient thermistor(PTC)material,experimental test and numerical simulation were used to study the effects of box material and thermal insulation cotton on the temperature rising rate and temperature uniformity of the cell.At the same ambient temperature and heating power,for the same cell,the heating temperature rising rate was the highest at the bottom and the lowest at the pole ear,which decreased from the bottom to the top.The temperature rising gradient of the plastic box was similar to that of the foam box,but the module temperature rise was increased by 3.00-4.00℃,the temperature rising rate was lower by 2.00-3.00℃/h.After adding thermal insulation cotton,the internal temperature rise of the module decreased 1.00-2.00℃,but the temperature rising rate went up by 1.00℃/h.It indicated that adding thermal insulation cotton into the plastic box could achieve the same heat conduction environment as the battery pack box inside.
