摘 要:将膨胀石墨、石墨烯及聚苯胺(PANI)与碱性锌锰电池负极材料混合,构建负极导电网络框架。导电网络框架的作用类似催化剂,传输电子而不参与反应。选择1.50 W/0.65 W双功率、750 mA/150 mA间歇、250 mA/50 mA间歇及10 mA连续等大、中、小电流3种放电模式,评估负极导电材料的性能。构建负极导电网络后,电池的中、大电流放电性能得到提升,如以1.50 W/0.65 W双功率脉冲放电,添加0.50%石墨烯导电材料的电池与不添加导电剂时相比,性能提升15.54%。添加0.05%~1.00%膨胀石墨(KAD)导电材料的电池,中、大电流性能也有所提高;当添加量为0.50%时,放电性能最好,1.50 W/0.65 W双功率、750 mA/150 mA间歇及250 mA/50 mA间歇放电性能分别提升13.42%、6.67%和11.27%。Expanded graphite,graphene and polyaniline(PANI)were mixed with alkaline Zn/MnO_(2) battery anode materials to construct a framework for an anode conductive network that acted like a catalyst,transporting electrons without participating in the reaction.Three discharge modes of large,medium and small current,including 1.50 W/0.65 W dual power,750 mA/150 mA intermittent,250 mA/50 mA intermittent and 10 mA continuous discharge,were selected to evaluate the performance of anode conductive materials.The medium and high current discharge performance of the battery were improved when the anode conductive network was constructed.Compared with the contrast sample without adding conductive agent,the performance of battery with the addition of 0.50%graphene conductive material was improved by 15.54%at 1.50 W/0.65 W dual-power pulse discharge.The medium and high current performance of battery with the addition of 0.05%-1.00%expanded graphite(KAD)conductive material were also improved.When the addition amount was 0.50%,the discharge performance was the best,which increased 13.42%,6.67%and 11.27%at 1.50 W/0.65 W dual power,750 mA/150 mA intermittent and 250 mA/50 mA intermittent,respectively.
