摘 要:分析轨道交通用动力锂离子电池的安全应用现状,并针对轨道交通电池系统中过充电、外短路等容易引发大面积热失控的安全风险场景展开讨论,指出防护边界条件不清晰、安全等级评价方法不明确的问题。为解决这些问题,提出基于短路电流、故障容错时间的防护边界划分方法,以及综合电池本征风险和系统防护特征的安全等级评价研究方案。The safety application status of power Li-ion battery for rail transit was analyzed.The safety risk scenarios in rail transit battery system such as overcharge and external short circuit,which were easy to trigger thermal runaway in a large area were discussed,the problems of unclear safety boundary conditions and undefined evaluation method of safety grade were proposed.In order to solve these problems,the safety boundary division method based on short-circuit current,fault tolerant time was analyzed,the research scheme of safety grade evaluation based on intrinsic risk of battery and system protection characteristics was put forward.
