摘  要:目的:将实脾消水浸膏改制成实脾消水凝胶贴膏。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,以聚丙烯酸钠NP700、甘氨酸铝、酒石酸、甘油、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮90F、纯化水为考察因素,以初黏力、剥离强度及胶强度为评价指标,采用D-最优混料设计筛选出实脾消水凝胶贴膏最优处方。结果:实脾消水凝胶贴膏的最优配方:聚丙烯酸钠NP700 5 g、甘氨酸铝0.3 g、酒石酸0.3 g、甘油35 g、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮90F 5 g、纯化水36.4 g,药液18 g。结论:优选出的基质黏附力适中,膏体性状、皮肤追随性均较好,制备工艺稳定可行,可用于实脾消水凝胶贴膏的制备。Objective: To transform Shipi Xiaoshui extract into Shipi Xiaoshui gel plaster(SXGP).Methods: On the basis of single factor experiment, sodium polyacrylate NP 700,aluminum glycinate, tartaric acid, glycerol, polyvinylpyrrolidone 90 F and purified water were taken as the factors along with adhesive force, peeling strength and gel strength as the evaluation indexes. The D-optimal mixture experimental design was used to optimize the formulation of SXGP. Results: The optimized prescription of SXGP was as follows: sodium polyacrylate NP700 5 g, aluminum glycinate 0.3 g, tartaric acid 0.3 g, glycerol 35 g, polyvinylpyrrolidone 90 F 5 g, purified water 36.4 g, medicine 18 g. Conclusion: The optimized matrix has good adhesive force, the paste has good formulation and skin following, and the preparation process is stable and feasible, which can be used to prepare SXGP.
