摘 要:目的:建立清肺消痤合剂的HPLC指纹图谱,并同时测定咖啡酸、芍药苷、连翘酯苷A、黄芩苷、连翘苷、盐酸小檗碱、汉黄芩苷7种成分的含有量。方法:采用Waters XBridge C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 ml·min^(-1),柱温为25℃,检测波长为230 nm、265 nm、327 nm。结果:10批清肺消痤合剂HPLC指纹图谱确立了21个共有峰,相似度均≥0.990。7种成分在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,(r≥0.999 6),加样回收率为95.77%~101.61%,RSD为0.98%~4.57%(n=6)。结论:所建立的清肺消痤合剂HPLC指纹图谱及含量测定方法操作简便,稳定准确,可用于清肺消痤合剂的质量控制。Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Qingfeixiaocuo mixture and to determine the contents of caffeic acid, paeoniflorin, forsythioside A, baicalin, forsythioside, berberine hydrochloride and Wogonoside simultaneously. Methods: The analysis was performed on a Waters XBridge C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^(-1), the column temperature was 25℃, and the detection wavelengths were 230 nm, 265 nm and 327 nm. Results: There were twenty-one common peaks in the HPLC fingerprints of ten batches of samples with the similarities more than or equal to 0.990 The seven constituents showed good linear relationships within the concentration ranges(r≥0.999 6). The average recoveries ranged from 95.77% to 101.61%, and the RSDs ranged from 0.98% to 4.57%(n=6).Conclusion: The established HPLC fingerprint and content determination method for Qingfeixiaocuo mixture is simple, stable and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Qingfeixiaocuo mixture.
