摘　　要：纵观新中国成立以来高校学生管理制度的发展历程,发现对其变迁轨迹与演变逻辑进行系统剖析是正确把握我国高校学生管理制度未来发展的关键所在。新中国成立至今,我国高校学生管理制度先后经历了三个时期的变迁。基于历史制度主义研究范式,以高校学生管理制度发展的关键节点为线索,分析发现:经济体制基础、权力管理模式、思想观念环境是其深层结构;成本效应、学习效应以及协调效应是路径依赖的主要原因;由权利博弈的内生驱动和示范效应的外在刺激所构成的内外双循环动力机制是激活高校学生管理制度变迁的重要因素。基于此,提出“鼓励多元主体参与,创新高校学生管理模式”“基于依赖型变革,促使高校学生管理进行制度突破”的建议。By analysis of the development process of college student management system since the founding of New China,it is found that the key to correct grasp of the future development of the system is to systematically analyze its evolution path and logic.Since the founding of the people’s Republic of China,the system has experienced three periods of changes:formal creation(1949-1990),comprehensive construction(1991-2005)and continuous improvement(2006-now).Based on the research paradigm of historical institutionalism and taking the key nodes of the development of university student management system as clues,the analysis finds that the economic system foundation,power management mode and ideological environment are its deep structure,cost effect,learning effect and coordination effect are the main reasons for path dependence,the internal and external double circulation dynamic mechanism,which is composed of the endogenous driving force of the power game and the external stimulation of the demonstration effect,is an important factor to activate the changes of university student management system.Based on this,suggestions are put forward to encourage the participation of multiple subjects,innovate the management model of college students,and promote system breakthroughs in the management of college students based on dependent changes.
