精元康胶囊金属元素测定及其20种代表性金属元素初级形态分析

摘　　要：采用微波消解法对精元康胶囊样品进行预处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)及原子吸收光谱(AAS)对精元康胶囊中54种金属元素进行测定,结果表明精元康胶囊中含有多种人体所必需的微量元素,且不同种类的金属元素含量差异较大。选取其中20种与其抗肿瘤效果相关的元素,以溶出率作为指标对精元康胶囊代表性金属元素初级形态分析,结果表明20种元素水溶样品和酸溶样品溶出率在0.73%~89.91%之间,Mg、Mn、Sr、B、Se、Ge6种元素的水溶出率和酸溶出率差别较大,Fe、Pb、Al的溶出率在10%以下。精元康胶囊中金属元素含量测定及其初级形态分析结果可以为精元康胶囊的临床应用和质量控制提供有效的科学参考。The samples of Jingyuankang capsules were pretreated by microwave digestion,and 54 metal elements in Jingyuankang capsules were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS).The results showed that Jingyuankang capsules contain a variety of trace elements necessary for the human body,and the contents of different types of metal elements varies greatly.Among them,20 representative elements related to anti-tumor effects were selected for the primary form analysis.The dissolution rate metal elements in Jingyuankang capsules was used as an indicator of the primary form analysis.The results showed that the dissolution rates of the selected 20 metal elements in water-soluble and acid-soluble samples were between 0.73%and 89.91%,6 kinds of elements,i.e.Mg,Mn,Sr,B,Se,and Ge,have a large difference in water dissolution rate and acid dissolution rate,and the dissolution rates of Fe,Pb,Al are below 10%.The determination of metal element content in Jingyuankang Capsules and the results of primary form analysis can provide effective scientific reference for the clinical applications and quality control of Jingyuankang capsules.
