淫羊藿有效成分含量与环境因子的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的研究土壤、气候、地理等环境因子对朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷四种有效成分含量的影响,为淫羊藿药材种质资源保护及野生抚育、优良品种培育、GAP规范化种植提供理论依据。方法通过对不同居群粗毛淫羊藿、巫山淫羊藿的生长环境进行实地考察,测定四种有效成分含量及土壤养分含量,计算出各有效成分含量与环境因子之间的灰色关联度,评估环境因子对淫羊藿有效成分含量的影响。结果气候为影响淫羊藿药材品质的主导因子,以无霜期、7月均温、年均降水量、年均日照时数对淫羊藿4种有效成分含量的影响较大;地理位置为次要因子,海拔、经度、纬度对淫羊藿含量测定结果均有较大影响;土壤为非主要因子,其中土壤pH值、水分、速效磷对朝藿定A、朝藿定B、淫羊藿苷含量有一定影响,pH值、铵态氮、有效钾对朝藿定C含量含量有一定影响。结论气候及地理位置对淫羊藿品质影响较大,在淫羊藿野生抚育及药材栽培等工作上,可作为主要参考因素,选择适宜环境,适当施加所需磷肥、氮肥可提高淫羊藿药材的种质。Objective To study the effects of environmental factors,such as soil,climate and geography,on the contents of the four active components of Epimedium A,Epimedium B,Epimedium C and Icariin,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the protection of Epimedium germplasm resources,wild tending,cultivation of superior varieties and standardized planting of GAP.Methods According to the different group of epimedium acuminaum,Epimedium Wushanense growth Environment of on-the-spot investigation,the determination of four kinds of effective component content and soil nutrient content,calculate the grey correlation between the content of each active component and the environmental factor,assessment of environmental factors on shag Epimedium the influence of the effective composition content.Results Climate was the dominant factor affecting the quality of Epimedium,and the frost free period,average temperature in July,average annual precipitation and average annual sunshine hours had a greater impact on the content of the four active components of Epimedium.Geographical location is the secondary factor,altitude,longitude and latitude all have great influence on the content determination results of Epimedium.Soil is not the main factor,among which,soil pH value,water content and available phosphorus have certain influence on the content of Epimedium A,Epimedium B and icariin,while pH value,ammonium nitrogen and available potassium have certain influence on the content of Epimedium C.Conclusion Climate and geographical location have great influence on the quality of Herba Epimedium,which can be used as the main reference factor in wild breeding of Herba epimedium and cultivation of medicinal materials.The germplasm of Herba Epimedium can be improved by selecting the appropriate environment and applying the required phosphorus and nitrogen fertilizer appropriately.
