摘　　要：文中结合工程实例,分析了房屋现状裂损与相邻建筑拆除施工之间的相关性,介绍了鉴定的内容和操作方法,结合相关规范和标准为类似工程的检测鉴定提供参考与借鉴。Combined with engineering examples, this paper analyzes the correlations between the current crack of damage house and the demolition construction of adjacent buildings, introduces the contents and operating methods of identification, and provides the references for the detection and identification of similar projects combined with relevant specification and standard.
