摘　　要：文中以某办公建筑的设计为例,分析建筑供暖空调负荷降低和围护结构热工性能两个方面的指标,研究其是否达到节能要求。Taking the design of an office building as an example, this paper analyzes the two indexes of building heating and air conditioning load reduction and thermal performance of enclosure structure, and studies whether it meets the requirements of energy-saving.
