摘　　要：文中以溶洞地区房建项目的基础工程为研究对象,讨论了溶洞地区房建项目常见的基础类型及其施工注意事项,指出了相关工程管理要点及原则,为该类型项目的基础工程管理提供了参考。Taking the foundation of the housing project in the Karst Cave area as the research object, this paper discusses the common foundation types and construction matters needing attention of the housing project in the Karst Cave area, and obtains the key points and principles of the related project management, it provides a reference for the foundation engineering management of this type of project.
