摘 要:文中以深圳市地铁8号线施工项目为依托,利用三维有限差分数值模型,对双护盾TBM穿越纵向软硬不均岩层施工进行了模拟。结果表明:(1)当交界面倾角α=0°时,仰拱最大隆起位移出现在进洞和出洞位置,两侧位移基本对称;(2)当交界面倾角α=45°时,仰拱位移最大,拱顶位移最小;(3)当交界面倾角α=90°时,拱顶位移最大,仰拱位移最小,研究结论可为今后类似环境下的软硬岩层双护盾TBM施工提供一定参考。Based on the Shenzhen Metro Line 8 construction project, this paper uses a three-dimensional finite-difference numerical model to simulate the construction of the double-shield TBM crossing the longitudinal soft and hard rock formations. The results show that:(1) When the interface inclination angle α = 0,° the maximum uplift displacement of the inverted arch appears at the entrance and exit positions, and the displacements on both sides are basically symmetric;(2) When the interface inclination angle α=45,° the elevation The arch displacement is the largest and the vault displacement is the smallest;(3) When the interface inclination angle α=90,° the vault displacement is the largest and the invert displacement is the smallest;the research conclusions can provide for the construction of double shield TBM in soft and hard rock formations in similar environments in the future certain reference.
